The plan is to build 35 new elementary schools and two new high schools by 2026. This is in addition to the four new schools and two newly renovated schools schedule to open in time for the 2017 sessions.

The bills will help to alleviate the overcrowding of school campuses around Clark County and create permanent structures where students currently attend class sessions in temporary, portable buildings. It will also help to reduce year-round schedules needed to accommodate overcrowded schools.
